First, contact all the federal worker unions in your area and ask them where their members who are injured on the job are receiving medical treatment for workers' comp injuries.

 

 

Next, go to those medical providers and facilities and speak to the staff to determine whether or not they are interested in taking your federal workers' compensation claim.

 

 

You also want to find out if they have patients with federal workers' compensation claims.

 

 

Check to see if there are federal employees at the facility and ask them if they are happy with the treatment they are receiving there, if they are getting all the paperwork and documentation they need for their comp claim, and if they are getting that paperwork in a timely manner.
